Cooking with C

This was a recipe I found in the Asda Magazine. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will certainly be using again. Very tasty and subtly spiced.
This is an old favourite. It was an Oxo recipe from years ago and originally I used to put corned beef in it as per the recipe. However when Sal became vegetarian I started leaving it out and now we love it like that. By coincidence this week we washed it down with a bottle of red that fitted in nicely with the C theme. Followed by Apple Crumble!
